Everything went smoothly and anything I was confused about was explained quickly and to a degree I understood my initial confusion. The only hiccups came from other companies and Ruoff (and Scott and Chelsea) did an excellent job communicating those issues to me and trying to get them sorted out. As a night shifter this was especially helpful since my time was limited in being able to contact these other companies.
