Nick is very prompt on answering my questions through every detail of this process. With every email he would send, he would also call to ensure that I understand the details of the documentations. He would never hesitate to walk me through documents. Nick is very knowledgeable. Throughout the process I had so many questions that Nick ensured that he explained them thoroughly - it really helps to have someone this knowledgeable because you know what to expect on every step that way nothing catches you as the buyer off guard. He is very honest on cost calculations, on documents you need to provide, and general application - at no point did I feel like something was happening without my knowing or my input. He hits home with being a cool guy. This was my first home purchase. I came into this process as very naive and did not know the terminology nor anticipated for the all the costs that go into purchasing. Nick was very patient with me and willing to talk to me on finances, costs, and as we got deeper and deeper into this process I no longer saw him as simply a mortgage lender but as a friend. From this process I am very grateful because not only have I got a good deal but also a friend.

Great Communication, I knew the status of the loan and did not have to worry about a timely closing. We would have actually closed much faster than anticipated, but buyer was out of town. Very pleased with the turnaround time!
