I have been a top loan officer for 20 years. I am based in Southwest Ohio and am licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. I specialize in purchases, construction, refinances, second homes, and credit repair across the Midwest, South, and Eastern parts of the country!

I strive to help buyers understand our ever-changing mortgage industry. I also enjoy helping make complex processes simpler and easier to navigate. I am an expert in the industry and enjoy helping people reach their homeownership goals – from first-time homebuyers with low- to no-down payments, to high-level executives purchasing a vacation home. We specialize in conventional, physician loans, construction-to-permanent loans, VA loans, FHA loans, USDA loans, and low-down-payment loans.

I have also been active on the executive board of the Greater Cincinnati Mortgage Bankers Association for six years. In addition, I am very active in our community, our church, several charities and youth leadership organizations!

I lead a team of wonderful loan officers and love to coach professionals to achieve their goals.

Lastly, I am a mom to three amazing young adults. We live on a small farm and raise purebred beef cattle that we exhibit through 4H and FFA across the state and country.
