As a senior loan officer at Ruoff Mortgage, I get the most fulfillment when I can assist my buyers through their homeownership journey. My role in the process is more than just making transactions; it's about guiding individuals through a significant life milestone.
What I cherish most about my career is the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and various stages of life. Whether it's a first-time buyer filled with excitement or a seasoned homeowner seeking to refinance, I thrive on understanding their unique needs and helping them achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I'm a family man. My wife, Allie, and our four kids—Margot, Cora, and twins Isla and Roman—along with our Shiba Inu, Xena, keep us busy. Balancing family time with hobbies like golfing, trying to have the best lown on the street, experimenting in the kitchen, and supporting Cleveland sports teams brings balance into my life from the daily grind of work and a family of 6.
In my spare time, I coach my daughter's tee-ball team and engage with professional organizations like the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors and the Medina County Board of Realtors.

I loved the ease that I could access the information by logging in online and see everything that was done and upcoming with a click of the button and communicate with Matt so easily seven days a week that made the process with my long working hours that much easier it wasn’t just working with someone.
