Where can I start? Flo has worked with me for almost 2 years trying to get me into my new home. She’s nothing short of amazing, the knowledge she has and the skill required to keep all the moving parts of this process accounted for was impressive. Literally any snag you could think of, we encountered, and with every set back she had a solution. The highs and lows of this experience alone were taxing mentally and emotionally, but Flo kept me on track and was supportive. I truly don’t think this would have been possible without her, she’s a rockstar. I would also like to add that whenever I talked to any friends or colleagues about closing or financing, they’re responses were pretty much across the board “they’re gonna miss something with the financing, because my mortgage officer did.” “Don’t expect for it to go smoothly on closing day” “I got screwed over by my lender.” Blah blah blah. I didn’t realize how uncommon my positive experience was, because I knew with certainty Flo wouldn’t miss anything! many many many many many thanks. I’m so thankful that I was referred to Ruoff, I finally have a home to call my own!

What can I say about Flo that I’m sure hasn’t been said by anyone lucky enough to work with her? I started my mortgage process with xxxxxx Mortgage and had the absolute worst experience in any customer service capacity of my life. Due to them, I lost the house I initially wanted. Then I found Ruoff, and Flo changed everything. She made every single step of the way as simple as humanly possible, taking my nightmare and turning it into a dream come true! I know Ruoff didn’t help me find my new house, but it almost feels like I never would’ve found it without them. My loan officer was extremely knowledgeable, and able to navigate the issues I ran into with xxxxxx easily! I can’t even begin to tell you how much Flo’s inviting demeanor and expertise reduce my stress in arguably the most stressful experience of mine to date. I can’t thank the whole team at Ruoff enough for helping me secure my house and going out of their way to help me every step of the way!
