This was my 3rd time using Ruoff and I have always appreciated the process and the friendliness of their teams. The other times there was not an online portal, so this was my first time using that and I appreciated the process and updates provided by my team and the portal. This time was a very emotional time for me buying as it was due to an unforeseen divorce and the housing market is vastly different than my last time buying independently and I felt supported through the whole process.
