Cynthia and her team were amazing to work with. Cynthia is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to get what will work best for you. Her communication with you is spot on. whether it's through email text message or phone call she keeps you in the loop. No step she does is a mystery. She's extremely detailed and giving you the details to make sure you understand what is happening in the process. There's no bump in the road that she can't work with and boy did I have big one but we worked together and was to over come it for best result. This was not my first mortgage that I have gotten but definitely the smoothest!
