Cindy would answer any question I had with what seemed to be no hesitation. Work hours after hours and even holidays she made sure I was still informed on what was happening! I would recommend Ruoff Especially Cindy to anyone even outside my friends and family!

Cindy helped me from start to finish, she did a really good job. I would recommend her to anyon. I was not a fan of her assistant though. I never met the person, but everytime her assistant reached out and was wanting documentation or information about anything she had no clue what she was talking abou, so I would have to reach out to cindy and Cindy always said not to worry about it that she would take care of it. Cindy bent over backwards to make the deal work and it was a long proces, closing was delayed several times due to things other things and each time Cindy was able to get everything fixed. cindy was amazing and if I need a loan officer in the future i will go with Cindy again.
