My background includes time at a nationwide mortgage lender, where I was part of the pilot team for a new mortgage product—helping revolutionize the way borrowers complete applications online. I also gained valuable experience at a community credit union, where I saw firsthand how competitive pricing could benefit borrowers, but I also recognized the trade-offs in speed and service. Ruoff Mortgage is the perfect blend of both—offering incredible rates alongside top-tier service and efficiency, ensuring my clients get the best of both worlds.
 

I’m a laid-back guy—except when it comes to taking care of my clients. I believe in making the mortgage process approachable, easy to understand, and even enjoyable. Mortgages can be complex, but the right loan officer won’t hesitate to break things down into bite-sized pieces.
 

Outside of work, I’m a dedicated family man. My wife, Lauren, and our two kids, Nora and Thomas, are the reason I wake up every morning (literally and figuratively). I love traveling, especially finding hole-in-the-wall spots with amazing food and drinks. One of my bucket list goals is to visit Rome, and fun fact—I speak Spanish fluently!
