The ruoff team members went above and beyond to get me in the home of my dreams. Sally came across as personal and caring while maintaining being professional. I do believe love should be before rules. Rules are honored but love can still be felt even with so many rules. That is meaningful to me.

She was a very nice lady always answered all my questions to a tee. There was never any surprises with sally smith so was always honest and never pointed me towards the wrong direction! I’ve always loved using rouff and will always continue to use rouff and send anyone i know to rouff great company and great people! Thank you all for everything!

Sally's along with her team (Brandy & Lori) we very helpful. They understood our situation with our loan for our home addition. They worked fast & communicated very well through the entire process. They were quick to answer any questions we had (even if they had to check & get back to us. They were fast about it.)
