I moved to Ruoff Mortgage in 2001. I've been a mortgage professional since 1998 but have a background in real estate and the title business. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University where I majored in marketing and mathematics.
Mortgage lending has become one of the most complex industries in the past decade. Whether this is your first home purchase, a refinance or you are a move-up buyer, I will make sure that I listen to your needs and creatively come up with the best loan product for your situation. The process will be streamlined and easy to understand. The majority of my business comes from referrals and I will extend the same professional service to your friends and family.

Nancy was like family to us. She was so kind and gentle during this difficult time for us. Not only did she fo do the most phenomenal job at being our loan officer and performed absolute miracles, but she also made us laugh, she listened to our problems and concerns, she communicated so wonderfully between the two of us, she helped us understand how we got to this point and its ok to ask for help. Nancy was amazing and we greatly appreciate everything she did for us. She explained everything to us very clearly and made us feel like we were making right decision in our cash out home refinance.
