I moved to Ruoff Mortgage in 2001. I've been a mortgage professional since 1998 but have a background in real estate and the title business. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University where I majored in marketing and mathematics.
Mortgage lending has become one of the most complex industries in the past decade. Whether this is your first home purchase, a refinance or you are a move-up buyer, I will make sure that I listen to your needs and creatively come up with the best loan product for your situation. The process will be streamlined and easy to understand. The majority of my business comes from referrals and I will extend the same professional service to your friends and family.

Wow! I wish I could give Nancy Cady 5++ stars! Of her many talents, what stood out to me the most was her focus on customer education and her exceptional communication skills. I was on west-coast time while Nancy was on east-coast time, 3 hours ahead of me, which made communications oftentimes challenging. With her busy schedule and mine, an 11 PM meeting her time was not unusual. Nancy made herself available 24/7 in order to get the job done for me! I've purchased four previous homes, and thought I was pretty knowledgeable on most aspects of the mortgaging process (except for being intimidated by "points"!), but I learned a lot from Nancy during this purchase. She saved me $12,000 on my purchase price by guiding to a better deal with Ruoff, then what I thought was a pretty good mortgage deal via my builder! AMAZING!! Nancy is a great human who will now be a forever friend! Nancy was like family to us. She was so kind and gentle during this difficult time for us. Not only did she fo do the most phenomenal job at being our loan officer and performed absolute miracles, but she also made us laugh, she listened to our problems and concerns, she communicated so wonderfully between the two of us, she helped us understand how we got to this point and its ok to ask for help. Her team and a shout out to Pam were excellent! They were also so helpful, professional, kind and man they were on it! I cant say enough about this experience with Nancy as she has made this whole process for me feeling so incredibly grateful for her vast knowledge in the business, her passion with helping others, her awesome communication and her beautiful open heart!
