This was our second time going through the process of buying a new home and it was such a easy process this round. Eric was awesome he kept us in the loop with everything. I had no questions walking into closing day because he had everything laid out for us beforehand. I will be recommending him to anyone I hear thats looking for a loan officer.

Eric responded to my questions very quickly and explained the process very well, he was available to talk on the phone just about any time I needed. The steps during the approval process were laid out nicely and the Loan Butler app made it easy to keep track of what was coming next, and it also made it easy to upload any documentation needed throughout the process.
