Buying my first home could’ve been stressful, confusing, and honestly overwhelming… but Tyler Wampler made it feel EASY. I’ve known Tyler for a long time, and just like he was a wizard on the baseball field back in the day, he was an absolute wizard throughout this entire home buying process. Every question I had (and I had a lot), he answered right away. Every step, he made sure I understood exactly what was going on. No pressure, no confusion, just straight up professionalism and care. What stood out the most was how much he genuinely wanted to help. It never felt like a transaction… it felt like I had someone in my corner the whole time making sure I got the best possible outcome. As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tyler went above and beyond in every way. I started the process of looking for a home to purchase over a year ago. Tyler kept in contact with me the entire time, checking in to see how the home search was going. Three different times he quickly put the necessary paperwork together to help me make an offer. Our third offer was accepted and Tyler crushed it with how fast he got us from cash to close. He also answered all of my questions along the way quickly and confidently. He was a true Godsend and I cannot say enough great things about him or Ruoff.
