The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I especially appreciated the portal which allowed for the ease of submitting documents as well as seeing where we were at in the application process. It also cut down on back and forth emails. If we had a question, the lender was more than happy to answer it. Communication was always timely. There were no surprises at closing. My husband and I are very pleased with Ruoff and will recommend this company to others!
