Sonia was SO wonderful. She was always available, quick to answer, and so flexible with every issue we encountered. I would not have got through this experience if not for her calm and collected support through the entire process. She was willing to sacrifice her time and made the process individualized to my needs. She continuously showed her support and was attentive even when she had training. I cannot recommend her enough!
