When buying a home, the hardest part is the “buying” part and you really want a lender who’s knowledgeable and straightforward with you. A lot of lenders will promise you the moon and tell you they can make all your dreams come true but, when closing comes around, you’re simply left holding stardust. Sarah Cole lead us and helped us through this whole process from start to finish as our Loan Officer. The whole process can be super stressful and very intimidating but Sarah walked us through this whole thing, showed us the moves we needed to make and jumped on everything we needed immediately, we did not have to worry about a thing thanks to her. Handled a unique and complicated problem that was unexpected and that we will now have an explanation for in the future. This caused unnecessary extra work from the loan officer, for which we are extremely grateful. We didn't even know the problem existed prior to this closing! I also found the app very convenient and easy to use.
