Pam was the most professional mortgage officer that I've ever worked with ever. She's extremely competent, kind, and quickly replies to all questions and emails quickly. She's always available to answer any questions. If I had to do all over again, I'd pick her everytime over any others.

Pam was so wonderful to work with. We started the process totally unsure if this would be something that could work at all for us and our current situation. Although we encountered quite a few obstacles, Pam never gave up on our application and that it was a dream that she could help us realize. It was such a gift to get to work with her and even when I was being extra annoying and needing a lot of reassurance she was always patient and kind and quick to respond no matter how much she had going on!

Pam was the best! She was always quick to respond and she kept me informed every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything to me and was very patient with me if I needed her to explain things to me multiple time if I needed her to. There were times I was very stressed and nervous throughout the process and she was able to ease my nerves throughout the process . I would highly recommend working with Pam! I will definitely work with her for any mortgage loan needs in the future.
