Nathanael was so, so easy to work with. He was so prompt in answering all of our questions. We had a difficult schedule to work with and he was there every step of the way. At our closing, the selling agent said that Nathanael played a huge roll in us getting the house. We were in a bidding war and the agent said that Nathanael called her when we put the offer in and vouched for us ! She said that made a huge difference for her clients. We are hoping to be in pur our new home for many years, but if we buy again, we will use Nathanael again and again and again!

Nathanael is truly such a pleasure to work with! I'm honored to have him in my friend circle and get to trust him with my home buying experience. He is knowledgeable, communicative, and so caring. Nathanael makes home buying feel like a team activity. I never had to worry that my realtor, the title company or even my insurance agent was out of the loop. We were all in this together, for real. As long as I've known Nathanael, I've recommended him to anyone I know who is embarking on the home buying journey. It was a massive honor to get to work with him personally in our process. It felt like we were given the VIP treatment but I know for a fact Nathanael treats all of his clients with the same respect and care he showed me and my spouse. The first day we spoke we decided to make an offer, so things went quickly. Nathanael helped us on a moment's notice and quickly hopped on a call with me for about an hour to explain how things are going to work (first time buyers). This was very comforting after receiving spotty communication from the lender we previously were in contact with. From then on, it was a pleasure to work with Nathanael. He communicated extremely well and made sure we knew what was going on at all times. If we had questions, he was quick to hop on calls to get things figured out. I would recommend working with Nathanael to anyone, as you will receive wonderful care and truly feel confident through the process. We are grateful to have worked with Nathanael as we closed on our first home.
