Logan went above and beyond to supply great knowledge and customer service. I will 100 percent recommend him to future buyers. The home buying experience can be filled with a lot of obstacles along the way, having to deal with a realtor, title company and mortgage lenders etc. In my experience Logan was more helpful than anyone I dealt with. All my questions/ or concerns that I had along the way Logan was the person who gave timely and concise guidance above all others. The loan butler app that Ruoff uses was great to follow along with and see where we were in the process, what to expect in the future. Specifically in my experience Logan made it feel like he was always in my corner and went out of his way to do the job of others, even though it’s not his job to do so. I highly recommend having someone like Logan in your corner to go through the home buying experience.
