Our loan officer was very honest with the whole process. He helped us to make an informed decision rather to sell and buy a new house or to refinance. He helped talk us through what will be our best option to do? He did not sugarcoat anything and was forthcoming with all information that would be needed. Our loan documents were very accurate. Especially when it came down to closing, they matched. There was no surprises even up to the closing. Lavonte and Vanessa was very available to answer any questions. They did not make us feel like a burden. They wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed all the way down to closin. Even called after closing to make sure that we felt great in our decision and to let us know that they were always here if we need them.

My loan officer Lavonte went above and beyond to be highly communicative, highly accessible, and incredibly friendly. This was a For Sale By Owner sale, which I had never done before. Lavonte made the process easier than my previous traditional sales I've done in the past. I'll recommend him by name for as long as he's in the business. The Ruoff Loan Butler web app was amazing too.
