I have never had such an easy house buying experience and with such expediency. It was only 15 days after I viewed the house before I sat down to closing. Kim was there with me every step of the way. On our first communication a month before that she set me up with my pre-qualification and then on to my pre-approval she was there for me to answer any questions I had. Sometimes it was a text or a phone call later at night because of my odd work schedule she was there to help me along. I really liked the Loan Butler app she introduced me too. It was so easy to work through all of the required documentation needed at my own pace and on my schedule. I have to say, just as I told her myself, I will gladly recommend her to all of my family and friends looking for a mortgage specialist. She is the best mortgage officer I have ever worked with.
