From start to finish, Kate made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress free. She was always available to answer any questions, and I was amazed at how fast she responded! If I didnt hear from her within 15 minutes, I would check my phone to make sure I even sent the message, she was that prompt! Kate was so dedicated and very knowledgeable every step of the way. I truly couldn't have asked for a better Loan Officer!
