Jon as a whole did fantastic, he was easy to talk with and any questions I had he was able to answer them very quickly. He was always available which made the process much easier for me. As a first time homebuyer I was nervous about a lot of info that I needed. He did a great job helping me calm my nerves through the whole process. 10/10 experience and whenever I move or buy another house I know for sure that I will be partnering up with Jon again.

While Going through the process, many people that I spoke with told me to "make sure you do this" and with Jon I didn't have to do that. He was honest and clear on the process and explained everything. He was able to explain things in terms where I could understand. Will be recommending him for anyone who asks for a loan officer.
