As a lending professional with nearly 20 years of mortgage experience, I can meet a wide range of real estate lending needs, whether it is your first time purchase or the refinance of your current home loan.

I first started with Ruoff Mortgage in August of 2001 as a mortgage loan originator. In September 2009, I was appointed the Branch Manager position when Ruoff established our southwest Fort Wayne location. Ruoff Mortgage has been providing home loans to the good people of Indiana since 1984. The Ruoff Mortgage team has much to offer clients who are looking for low costs, competitive rates, a wide variety of loan programs, sound advice, and that hometown bank feeling!
I enjoy spending quality time and vacationing with my beautiful wife of over 20 years and my two awesome adult children. Traveling to a variety of different locations on spring break and the long weekends spent annually in the Big Apple are the family favorites. I also enjoy hanging out at the pool house in the summer, playing golf, and watching Colts games on Sunday's (and yes, my pool has a 10 ft. x 10 ft. Colts horseshoe on the bottom). From the very start Joel was excellent. He was patient and helpful in every aspect of this deal. He made sure to explain everything in a way that I understood as well as explain the next steps moving forward.
