Jeff was highly recommended to us by our realtor and from day 1, I understood why. He was super communicative, patient, and available to answer our questions at all hours. Most notably, though, he was *supportive*, which I wouldn't necessarily expect from a loan officer. Buying a home can be scary. I had a lot of fear and anxiety about this big change. Jeff was reassuring, went over the math multiple times with me, and helped me feel more confident. It might sound silly, but I really took *comfort* in Jeff's expertise and support.
