I am happy with my experience with everyone at Ruoff Mortgage Company. I just think this law firm in Atlanta, Georgia is unprofessional and incompetent that is responsible for making payments on my credit card accounts. Vanessa knows what is going on, and she's trying hard to help. Vanessa is a good asset for Ruoff, as is Theron, and all of the team that helped me with my 2023 mortgage with my son. I'm not proofing this, so my apologies for grammatical errors.
