JD was the most honest and communicative person I have met in a professional setting for some time. He did not lie to us or try to take advantage of our naivety. JD was thorough in his explanations, answered every question (sometimes 3 times), and made us feel confident in what we were doing. We also really enjoyed how much he cared about us, how personable he was, and just app his efforts to really help us.
