As a Senior Loan Officer at Ruoff Mortgage, I've been guiding clients through home purchases and refinancing since 2012. Over the course of my career, I've developed a straightforward, honest methodology that prioritizes client understanding and personalized financial solutions. When I'm not helping clients, my world revolves around my three sons: my eldest son, who proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and is now preparing to attend the University of Kentucky; my middle son, who graduated from high school last year and is now working and coaching a middle school basketball team; and my youngest, a 2nd grader who is passionate about dinosaurs and aspires to become a paleontologist. In my rare moments of free time, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and crocheting.

What made my experience excellent was Ellen Vance. She is just so wonderful. This was my 1st experience buying a home.
