I started in the mortgage business in 2001 and owned two smaller mortgage companies in Fort Wayne before making the best business decision of my life by joining Ruoff Mortgage in 2014. My family and I live in Southwest Fort Wayne, and I enjoy traveling and golf. I am also a passionate sports fan, following the Dallas Cowboys, the Chicago Cubs, and bleeding Blue and Gold for Notre Dame.
My customer service philosophy is to treat every customer as I would like to be treated and make the home buying experience as stress-free as possible. The purchase of a new home is a major life and financial decision. I strive to make this decision as easy as possible by being honest and trustworthy while offering multiple loan scenarios to make an educated choice. I really appreciate the Ruoff team. Lorissa talked me through the app process start to finish and answered all my questions in a timely manner and called me anytime she sent along something new that needed completed to keep things flowing. Doug had also previously assisted my dad, who had good reports and thus referred me and it was a good choice.
