Donnie is the reason we decided to move forward in the buying process. Donnie was knowledgeable, quick and communicated well. the entire process went super smooth and there were no surprises at closing or at any time along the way. The online portal was super easy to use to send documents and check on statuses. This is my second mortgage through Ruoff and both have gone super easy and i have no complaints.
