Everything went very smooth. I transferred from another lender agency and Dawn was able to get everything cleaned up. It was my first time using my VA loan and she was able to get the paper work that was previously messed up fixed and make everything just a less stress and smooth process and very helpful with the explanation of everything.

Dawn was an absolute godsend. She is amazing. I will never use another loan officer as long as she is in the business. I cannot sing her praises enough. She was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, compassionate, and just an overall pleasant person to converse with. Our situation was a little unorthodox, but she handled everything without hesitation and with so much confidence that I never felt uneasy or out of the loop about anything. 10/10 would recommend.

Our “in contract” time was longer than most so we didn’t lock in right away. She always gave us a heads up if she thought rates were good, bad, or going to change. In the end that is what got us to a happy rate we were all happy with. Well as happy as you can be with current market lol
