Any time I had a question about the homebuying process, Dave or Pete were always there to give me a thorough explanation. This being my first homebuying experience, I was glad to have been in such good hands. This is my second closing with Ruoff and the second was even better than the first. Dave was informative, professional, friendly and easy to work with. He and Pete went above and beyond to streamline our closing process, using creativity to get us the best possible rate.
