My goal is simple. To give my clients the kind of mortgage experience I would want for myself. That means providing excellent communication, writing rock solid pre-approvals, and closing on time. I answer my phone during the day, through the night, and even on weekends because the mortgage industry is not a 9-5 process. The biggest purchase of a person's life should be an experience, not a transaction!
It should be an experience that educates, delights, and ends with the dream of homeownership.

If you need someone to help you out with a loan for a home, Chris is the guy to call. The process went very smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me out. Chris did an absolutely amazing job of communicating and driving the process forward every step of the way- answering any and all questions in as much detail as I needed, and telling me exactly what to expect. I have a very busy life and had limited time to invest in researching lenders and terms and working with someone that I knew I could trust took all the stress out of the process and made it a win-win to work with Chris and Ruoff. Chris and Jennifer were amazing and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Both were very responsive and helped tremendously throughout purchasing my first home. They dealt out the information in bite sized pieces that were very easy to understand for someone who has never been through the process.
