The loan officer made the experience excellent. Before we were referred to Ruoff Mortgage, we were dealing with our Credit Union. And they didn't give us the loan we needed. So Ruoff Mortgage, was a breath of fresh air. We felt accepted, and we felt like Ruoff Mortgage really took the time, to look at everything we brought to the table. Unlike our Credit Union. Being able to close on our first home made the experience excellent.
