We met Beth in 2017 while purchasing our new home through another mortgage company, which was not very responsive to our needs and made the process a mess. Beth took over our purchase, and we closed almost two weeks later. We recently completed a refinance of our home, and her service was excellent. Beth is the best, and I will not purchase or refinance again without her or Ruoff.
