Andy kept us informed every step of the way and was really working to help us get a good interest rate. Rates have been up and down for awhile and he helped us get a low one as well as advised us on when to close in order to save the most money on closing fees.

I just appreciate Andy answering all of my questions so quickly. This was my first experience buying a home, and I had plenty of questions. He explained everything to me and I never had to wait on his responses. I also loved being able to do most of the loan process electronically. This was convenient for me and much more efficient than using physical paper copies.
