Amy went out of her way through put the loan journey. Kept me informed and took her time to explain how doing a rate refinance would work. Communication never stopped and I always knew when there was something to I needed to do because I get a text or call before the email hit my inbox. The fact that Amy and her team helped just as hard with each time until we finally got a house showed how hard they work to make sure I got the best rate and had incredible service.
