Communication was great, the Ruoff portal was a lovely feature that helped keep me organized, and the loan officer was very knowledgeable and experienced. Additionally, my husband and I wanted to close quickly and with the help of our loan officer we were able to do so within 17 days. All in all, our experience at Ruoff was an excellent one.
