Ryan was seriously amazing to work with. He took me in like I was his own and made the process super easy! This was our first time purchasing our a house so it was truly amazing to work with someone who supported us and answered all the questions we had even if they were basic ones! He always made sure to be there for us and I will forever be thankful for that. I couldn’t recommend Ryan enough. He truly is the best of the best!

Ryan Vannatter was fantastic! He demonstrated very clear and quick communication consistently throughout the entire process. Ryan is both easy to speak to and very well informed. Anytime we needed to ask a question he was available via text, phone or email almost instantly, he even chatted with us on the phone while running errands and traveling to his children's sports events on the weekend! The man is truly dedicated to his work and family! I can not say enough good things about the service we received from all of the Ruoff staff, especially Ryan Vannatter! Thank you!
