I'm Josh Pick, and I cherish my roles as a loving husband to my wife, Erin, and a devoted father to my 3 wonderful children. Family is at the core of everything I do, and it's what motivates me to excel in my career. When I'm not working tirelessly to assist homebuyers, you'll find me cheering on THE Ohio State Buckeyes and, of course, enthusiastically supporting my kids from the sidelines at various sports activities.
My goal is simple: I want homebuyers to feel comfortable and at ease throughout the mortgage process. I first met Josh in January of 2024, I was underprepared and had a credit score of 515 with absolutely no savings. Josh worked with me from the very start helping me with my savings fund, finding different programs to ease the finacial burden, and building my credit past 700. He was an absolute blessing to my situation, held my hand through all of it, explained in detail anything I was even remotely unsure about, and guided me to the best possible outcome. I moved into my first house on Sunday December 29th and none of it would have been possible without this gentleman's help. He is an aboslute God send, takes great pride in his work, and I couldn't have asked for a better Loan Officer. I can't see myself ever working with another Loan Officer in my future. Thank you Ruoff for providing me with the finacial aspect of my purchase, but Josh, thank you for all of the help you provided for my young family. I will forever be in your debt for the kindness you showed.
