There were actually quite a few hiccups and Stacy was there every step of the way. Telling me exactly what needed to be done and how we could overcome the obstacles to still get into the house we fell in love with. She had her team on stand-by just for us and the uncommon situation we found ourselves in. She was never angry or aggravated to take my call when I was in a panic. She remained calm and collected and got us through it. We were thankful to have her all the way to the end. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend 👌

Stacy has been exceptional in every aspect of the process. Very clear in communication with everything from beginning to end. Stacy helped us buy our first house in Mishawaka in 2022 and her performance was the same back then. We moved to WV in 2023 to be closer to my wife's family. WV is great but the South Bend area felt the most like home for us and decided to return. Stacy was the only one that we wanted to work with due to the first purchase. For anyone unfamiliar work the mortgage process I would highly recommend her. I would highly recommend her for those who do know the process as well. She will walk you through it and will most likely be at your closing to congratulate you (she'll be on time too if she doesn't make a wrong turn, right Stacy lol). Their app is very good as well. Fairly easy to use and not hard to figure out. Everyone I've had contact with from Ruoff has been exceptional and we thank them for helping us come back home to the South Bend area.
