Hi, I’m Samantha London, a Senior Loan Officer at Ruoff Mortgage. I’ve been in the mortgage industry for about seven years now, and my greatest joy is helping people turn their dream of homeownership into reality especially first-time homebuyers. Guiding someone through that exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) process never gets old!

Before joining Ruoff, I spent over a decade at a credit union, where I began my journey in mortgage lending and served as a mortgage consultant for over five years. That experience taught me the value of clear communication, compassion, and working with clients to create personalized, realistic lending solutions.

I may be easy-going and sociable by nature, but when it comes to helping my clients, I’m focused, detail-oriented, and always here to answer questions. One of the best pieces of advice I can give is don’t take out new debt or switch jobs during the mortgage process or know your credit situation early. I’m here to walk you through it all and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of the office, I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids, recently engaged, and soon-to-be stepmom to another sweet seven-year-old. We’ve also got a dog who rounds out our fun, busy household. In my free time, you’ll find me hanging out with my family and friends, volunteering with organizations like Turning Point and the Fireman’s Cheer Fund, or getting lost in a good book.
