I would like to share a few thoughts I have about working with Scott Dillen. I feel like he really exemplifies the ideal of what a loan officer should be and at every phase I could feel that he is the example of consummate professional. He told me in the beginning of this process that we were making the right choice working with him and Ruoff based on his years of experience and he proved that to be exactly true in the end. It was like trusting a skilled captain to navigate the unknown waters of buying a home. As a customer I felt safe, reassured and in the know every step of the way. Scott has a special way of demystifying the whole transaction in a way a layman can understand and that is well needed to quell fear and unease. I would feel remiss if I didn’t mention my realtor Vir Maharaj of RE/MAX Oasis Dream Homes as well. Impeccable, knowledgeable, friendly, sharp and helpful are a few words that come to mind to describe Vir. It was my great pleasure working with you both. Scott was excellent to work with. He worked really hard and jumped through a lot of hoops to get us a tax credit that no other lender I talked with even mentioned. He helped prepare everything for underwriting, was available when I had questions and even showed up to closing with the title agent. If I purchase another property, I will certainly be calling Scott.
