Ryan had to deal with me when I first started out looking to put a tiny house on some rural land. At that time he explained what that process looked like and what they could offer me then some other options to consider. I chose to look into other option then, but after all those dreams were eventually crushed I came back to him to start looking for a home to buy instead. I came back because when we first started communicating he helped me not feel like an idiot for not knowing what I was doing at all. And when it came to homebuying he made the whole process way easier to understand than I ever thought would be possible. He took the time to explain things more than once and in different ways to help me understand what I needed to do and why. I would absolutely choose to work with him again.

Ryan was honest when there was a miscommunication about the credit card accounts. He always replied quickly to my text no matter the time or day. I was stressed out about down payment amount because of my negative cash flow current situation but he listened and adjusted accordingly.
