Cindy was wonderful. She made me feel like I was the only person she had to deal with. I've become used to being dismissed and treated like a number everywhere else, in everyday life. Cindy did not treat me like that. She was proactive; she responded quickly (without the need to!); and she was just nice. I wish I could buy a house regularly & deal with Cindy!
