I’m a Senior Loan Officer with Ruoff Mortgage, but I prefer to think of myself as a dream facilitator. I love that I am able to help people buy a home even if they thought they weren’t able to before. I have been in the finance industry since 2005 and have held many roles in that time. Those previous positions helped guide me to be the loan officer I am today.
I value the paths that people have been on. You never know where someone has been or what their story is. It doesn’t matter where they’ve been, but what their dreams and goals are and what they’re doing right now to get there. I am loyal to my clients and support them as they go through the home purchasing process. I am devoted in assisting them to get their dream goal.
I am a hometown Cincinnati girl! I am a HUGE and loyal to a default Bengals Fan. I love watching football with my husband, eating on Cincinnati chili with my children and cheering Who Dey on! There is nothing more amazing than the smell of fall in Cincy and the sounds of atmosphere of Friday Night Lights!
I married my husband in 2005, though we’ve been together since 1997. We have two amazing children that warm our hearts. My family gives my life full of love and laughter (and the little ones give me many sleepless nights!). The best thing in the world is going home to them after a long day and making memories. My husband and little ones get me out of bed in the morning – literally and figuratively.
In my spare time, I love to check out local restaurants, food trucks, and small restaurateurs to try new food. Traveling to places like Australia and New York City (where I plan on trying Momofuku Noodle Bar) are on my bucket list. I am also a cofounder of a local networking group consisting of moms that are entrepreneurs. We call it Mompreneurs of Cincinnati.
While I assist all borrowers regardless of their place in their homeownership journey, I love helping first-time homebuyers most. It is such an exciting time and I love being the one that prepares them and educates them on all of the things that happen. The best advice I could give borrowers looking into buying or refinancing a home right now is to be patient. It takes time to go through the process, and it takes time for everything to fall into place
